All sessions will be held online (via Microsoft Teams) on Wednesdays from 15:00 on. We have 7 available slots on a first come, first served basis. All sessions will be held in the meeting room of HUMAN Research Centre at Hacettepe University, Ankara, on Wednesdays from 15:00 on. We have 9 slots for the semester that are available for the selection of the interested parties. Please click on the link below and choose 2 dates you would like to hold the session. In our next data session, Yusuf Emre Yeşilyurt (PhD Candidate, Gazi University) will present an extract from his corpus of “Online L2 writing peer feedback interaction”. The session will start at 15:00, March 27, in the meeting room of HUMAN Research Centre.

In the first session, Devran Demir (PhD Candidate/HUMAN Vice-Director) will present an extract from his corpus of “L2 German classroom interaction in oral communication courses”. The session will start at 15:00, March 20, in the meeting room of HUMAN Research Centre. Please see the programme below for all sessions.

If you do not reside in Turkey but want to organize a session as part of HUMAN data session series, please do send an email to me at ubalaman[at]gmail.com and we will organize an online session for you, as long as there are available slots. You also need to use the doodle link above to choose the time for your session.

In the last data session of the semester, Gözde Balıkçı (METU, ELT, PhD Candidate) will present an extract from her corpus of EFL Classroom Interactions. The session will take place in the meeting room of HUMAN Research Centre on the 9th of May, Wednesday at 3:30 p.m.

This week we are organizing two data sessions. In the first session Betül Çimenli (English Language Teaching, Bartın University) will present an extract from her corpus of dyadic online L2 interactions. In the second session, Seçil Dayıoğlu Öcal (Linguistics, Hacettepe University) will present an extract from the corpus of SETT VEO classroom interaction. The first session will start at 14:00 and the second will start at 15:30, both on 18 April, Wednesday at HUMAN Research Centre Meeting Room.
